LAWN MAINTENANCE CREW MEMBER - PART TIME

Overview: The primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently provide exceptional lawn maintenance, landscaping, and/or snow and ice management services. Services include but are not limited to, mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, bed maintenance, spring and fall clean up and other common task related to landscaping, lawn care, and/or snow and ice management services.

- Work to assure quality and timely completion of all assigned task
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Be sensitive and respectful of Snow and Waste Valet's equipment and customer/s property at all times.
- Identify problems at the work site and follow through appropriately.
- Maintain Snow and Waste Valet LLC employee standards and follow procedures.
- Perform tasks within the allocated hours.
- Arrive at designated property on time ready to perform tasks.
- Follow company polices and procedures at all times.
- Implement honesty and respect when working with coworkers, contractors and customers.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Set the standards for a quality company image that invites customers to repeat their business.
- Snow plowing and ice management tasks as needed.

Safety:
- Complete company safety training program.
- Wear proper uniforms and dress appropriately for conditions.
- Wear proper PPE while performing tasks.
- Participate in meeting a safe and secure work environment for employees and customers at all times.
- Report any repairs or maintenance requirements to supervisor.
- Attend safety meetings.
Minimum qualifications:
- Must have good work ethics.
- Be reliable and have dependable transportation.
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Must have endurance necessary to perform duties for long periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to work long hours and overtime including holidays, weekends, etc.
- Must be willing and able to work with pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers.
SNOW PLOW CREW MEMBER - PART TIME

Overview: Snow and Waste Valet is seeking individuals who are hard working and interested in a seasonal snow removal equipment operator positions. These individuals need to be self-motivated and able to work well independently to provide a high-quality service. The position requires a valid Driver’s License and background check with no DUI in the past three years, no felony convictions, domestic violence convictions and no theft convictions. Top pay based on experience, negotiable.
Key Functions: The position will start in December and end at the final snow fall which tends to be the end of April.

- Provide a high-quality service for our clients.
- The position requires the individual to work nights and weekends depending on when the snow falls.
- Must be able to operate one or more of the following: plow truck, salt truck, wheel loader, skid steer, atv and be proficient in use of shovels.
Duties:
- Report to work at scheduled starting time and provide a professional appearance.
- Act professional when speaking to a customer.
- Keep work area clean and looking professional which includes vehicle.
- Clock in and out daily and/or fill out paperwork.
- Perform services to the best of your ability and ask question if there is confusion.
- Equipment Service – Inform supervisor if equipment needs repair work so daily tasks can be performed.
- Ability to safely operate atv, truck, skidsteer, loader or backhoe with snow plow.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely work through the night.
- Apply ice melt according to product and company guidelines.

- Preferred Experience – Be able to operate one or more of the following: plow truck, salt truck, wheel loader, skid steer and atv.
- Valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- A working smart phone is required to be able to communicate with supervisor on a daily/nightly basis and complete some task.
- Reliable transportation
- Appropriate clothing for outdoor work in cold weather.
